Before you place an order with me, it is important that you understand where I am coming from. Read the rules, and if you comply with what I lay down, please don't hesitate to place and order.- Be patient.
Do not continually pester me with emails asking "when will you be done?" or "are you gonna be done soon?". I put your order at the top of my list of things to do, and I will get it to you in a timely fashion. You just have to be reasonable. Sometimes, it takes only a few minutes to create a design, but sometimes it takes a little longer to come up with a design that works. I usually always get people's orders to them within a week of ordering. If you need a design in a short time period, let me know in your order form, and I will let you know whether or not I will be able to complete it in time.
- No Refunds
Sorry. Regardless of whether or not you like the final product, I will not refund you. Why is this? This is because creating a design takes up time. While it is something I enjoy doing, I would not appreciate spending hours on a design only to find out it was for no profit. Hard work and time is being spent. If you provide me information about what you would like in your design (images, colors, size, etc) then there is no reason you shouldn't be pleased with your purchase. I aim to please!

I require that people pay before I create their design. Once I recieve your payment, I will start working.

- Credit me.
I ask that if you use any of my designs you credit me. A lot of thought goes into every design that I make, and a lot of time goes into making designs that I think are quality. I would like to get recognized for my hard work.
- You don't HAVE to use my design. A lot of people out there with design websites require that you use the layout that they create for you. I am not that way. If for some reason you choose that my design is not the best for your site, you do not have to use it.
