Read before ordering

Before you place an order, make sure that you have read all of the rules:

1. I will not make graphics for inappropriate sites (hate, porn, etc.)
2. I DO make graphics for site hosted on free servers.
3. If you use a graphic from me, credit must be given.
4. I will begin working on your layout once I have recieved payment. If once you recieve your layout you would like small changes to be made, please let me know and I will do what I can to help.
5. My graphics are NOT to be resold.
6. Please do not bother me by continually asking when I will be finished. If it is taking me a while to fill your order it is because I am busy with work.
7. You can expect your layout in no later than a week from point of order- unless specified otherwise (if I am on vacation etc.)
8. When ordering, be sure to send quality images that you have been given the right to use by their owner.
9. Be specific with your order. The more I understand what you want, the better your layout willl suite your needs.
10. To know that you have read the rules, the keyword is "wonderwall".
11. I do not refund any order, unless I fail to adhere to my own rules (ex: me not getting you your order in a timely matter, etc.) If you would like a refund simply because you decide you do not like my work, I will not refund you. minor changes can be made upon request, however i believe that if i take the hours to make you a layout, i should be paid for the time spent, regarless of whether or not you choose to use the design. Sorry.
