  1. find an image you want to use, and crop it to 100x100 pixels. This is your base layer.

  2. Filter > sharpen your base layer.

  3. layer > new fill color > solid color > #5c1278. set to lighten 100%

  4. new adjustment layer > curves. Input 89, output 61

  5. layer > new adjustment layer > brightness/contrast > brightness: +15, contrast: +35

    DONE!
