to
  1. find an image you want to use, and crop it to 100x100 pixels. This is your base layer.

  2. duplicate base > set to screen 50%

  3. layer > new adjustment layer > selective color
      Reds: -30, 0, -60, +17
      Yellows: 0, -40, 0, +53
      cyans: +100, +14, +100, +71
      neutrals: +100, 0, -19, 0

  4. Layer > New Fill Layer > solid color #72c4d4

  5. layer > new adjustment layer>channel mixer
      Red: 80%, 0%, 20%, (constant) 0%

  6. Duplicate base. Drag it to the top layer and set it to overlay 100%

  7. Layer > New Fill Layer > solid color #00081b

    DONE!
