to
  1. find an image you want to use, and crop it to 100x100 pixels. This is your base layer.

  2. layer > new adjustment layer > selective color
      Reds: -100, 0,60, 10
      Yellows: -100, -50, -50, 0
      neutrals: 25, -5, -15, 0
      blacks: 0, 0, 0, 10

  3. duplicate the selective color layer 2 times (or to desired effect)

    DONE!
